The New Toolbar for Firefox: Now with pop-up window for your convenience

Mister Wong has been busy looking at kitties on icanhascheezburger further developing the site and all its great features. There is now a new version of the toolbar for Firefox, which allows you to save bookmarks in a pop-up window. No more losing sight of the page you are on and trying to bookmark!

To download the new toolbar just click:

You now have even more options with the toolbar. All of these settings can be made by going to Tools > Add-ons, then chosing “Options” on the Mister Wong Toolbar.

Uncheck “Show bookmark dialogue as pop-up” only if you prefer the full-page saving option over the new pop-up version. You can also choose which portal you want to save to. If you are using the English version, then you should choose “English (www.mister-wong.com)”.

Downloading is simple and will only take a few seconds. Once you have it downloaded, you’ll be able to save sites more conveniently. In the pop-up window, you’ll see all the info for saving the site in its new compact version. Just add a description and your tags, click save bookmark and you’re done!

Do it the Wong Way!

Hmm. One annoying thing is that v 1.1.0 doesn’t detect the update.

Hi Andy this is Michael from Mister Wong. v 1.1.0 will be able to recognise the update once we have released the new version of the toolbar – which will be here soon.
